Rejuvenating The Wilderness

The poll is finished and the updates are already being released. To see the results of Rejuvenating the Wilderness poll click here [X]. Todays update "Release the Kraken" is just the start of many updates to come but the highlights of todays update associated with the Clan world would be;

• 24 Additional Bank Spaces (Store more PK gear!)
  
• If you are in a chat-channel when you log out, you will automatically attempt to re-join it on login.

I know it doesn't seem much right now but as said before it's just the begining and as jagex mentioned on todays update "Over the next week we'll be working on the Orb functionality changes and make a start on the Wilderness Rejuvenation updates."

Some of the highlights of the Rejuvenating the Wilderness poll results associated to Clan world/PKing are;

• Fountain of Rune will be added to Maze area east of new gate.
  
• 3 New Rune Rocks will be added to Ice Plateau.
  
• God wars creatures will be added to Wilderness.
  
• Run energy icon near the minimap toggle your Run Mode setting when you click it.
  
• Quick Prayer's will be added to prayer icon on the minimap.
  
• Wilderness is being upgraded to Basic level as mentioned on dev blog "Rejuvenating the wilderness". Click here to read it or look at the picture of the whole update here.

Some of the updates that didn't make through associated with the Clan world/PKing are;

• Wilderness ditch will not be removed.
  
• Revenants creatures will not be added to wilderness.
  
• Players will not be able to attack other players in a single way combat area even if either are currently in combat with an NPC.
  
• 10 worlds will not be removed from current world to boost activity on other worlds.

Personally i am upset that the 10 worlds removal poll didn't get through as it would ensure the success of all these updates.

Overall good to see Jagex is listening to the community and making the difference people have been asking for so long but better late then never. Hope these updates would spark P2P Pking and Clanning back to as it was.
