How Long Till The Pures Merge With The Main Clan World?

Now we all know how fragmented the clanning scene is between pures and main clans but we must admit we need each other for the activity of the game. Old school runescape is on a slow course to self destruction at this point and it's becoming quite clear that the only way we can survive is if the pure clanning scene merges in to the main scene. Now i'm not being unjust to the pures (even though I think they're all major poo jabbers) but mains can't de-level.

My question today is how long do you think it will take pures to level up and merge in to main clans to save oldschool?

and to pures, Would you level up to join the main scene, or just quit?
