If You're Given One Update to Make a Change

There's a lot to like and dislike about the clan community at this moment in time. With plenty of clans and teams constantly PKing in P2P in different areas of the wilderness you are almost always able to find someone. The Wilderness Rejuvenation update deserves much of the credit for this. Then you have have the negatives of the growing popularity such as an increase in one itemers and looters. Other problems seem to be DDoSing, scamming, hugging single in a multi fight, name changing, cape switching, the list goes on and on. Some things may even bother you that aren't that big of a deal to another such as the Clan Wars Arena. Some people thoroughly enjoy it while others are adamantly against fighting in CWA.

Now if you are the one chosen to design your very own RuneScape update to be released on Thursday what would you add or change? Try to stick to one subject that you would find most beneficial for the community of the clan world. You're not going to be able to fix everything in one update.

I have a long list of things I'd change, some of them possible and others not so much. One of the bigger issues that I would like to address in my update would be one-iteming. It has long been a problem in P2P and there has to be a way to put a limit on it. I'm not sure what the best way to go about this would be, but here's my shot in the dark.

RuneScape can already tell how much wealth you're wearing as seen in Bounty Hunter. In my update you won't be able to teleport or hop the ditch into the wilderness without carrying at least medium wealth. This is going to put an end to one iteming, looting, and possibly even 'ragging' depending on what would classify as medium wealth. Those that wish to skill and PvM in the wilderness will have to at least meet the medium wealth requirement as well increasing the activity of PKers and risk of skillers. For anyone who has a clue in the wilderness they will also be forced to wear medium wealth making clues harder and far riskier. In turn all "wear this and do this emote clues" in the wilderness will be removed. The Zamorak mage will be moved an equal distance from a bank but out of the wilderness for those of you runecrafting.

That's just my small suggestion. I'm sure there's many ways they can fix one iteming but I'd like to see the issue addressed at some point.
