Your thoughts on Outlasting?

This topic has nothing to do with recent fights as it always has been a reoccurring issue for many years now. Something that did bring about the topic is Silverthug's reply below to another topic on CDRSC. We complain that the clan world is dying and that noone new wants to join and be apart of the clan world we have created. Can you blame them?

Not going to lie when I heard F2P was back I went and created an account. Started killing cows for around an hour and I was "stunned" on how boring that was. Not worth coming back for the same action that happened back in 2007. Yes, those times were great but what's the point in achieving the same accomplishments. It's a never ending cycle that's not worth going through again. Looking back it wasn't worth fighting RSD,DI,DF for countless hours for merely bragging rights which at the end just became a flame-war. Don't get me wrong some fights were better than others but doing it AGAIN it just doesn't look worthwhile for me. I wish the clan community the best and hopefully new faces may branch out. Like someone above mentioned I truly believe the age gap within the clan community is old enough to pay their dues so I don't see a big improvement to the recruitments around the clan community.

Questions of discussion:

Are you someone that finds regrouping to locations A, B, C for hours upon hours to be boring?

Are you someone that finds regrouping in single to be pointless?

Are you someone that finds being told to return in 1 item to be a waste of time?

Is the thought of posting a 'win' topic on RSC really what is keeping clans doing this? Should there be a new medium on how fights are won?

Personally having been in both scenarios, being the ones chasing regroups & also having to regroup at obscure areas I can't say I have ever thought that any of this was interesting (especially from the ones that are being forced to regroup).

Not only do I find the above tedious but I can't see any of the above enticing anyone new to joining this type of clan world. Also part of the reason why Clan Wars has grown a bit more popular comparatively.

Don't get me wrong if a clan is competitively (as in none of the above continuously regrouping, single, standard gear) having a good fight versus another clan that lasts for hours then sure that is fine and doesn't get boring. However majority of the times in the past few years this hasn't been the case.
