We all talked about the clan world ultimately dying, it was just a matter of when. Even as DI, EH, SE closed we still had several top clans fighting for years after that. Now it's finally starting to look like the true end. The question is- what will happen next?
When clans like VR, RSD, DF, and TT get tired of playing the waiting game and finally call it a day, will it have a ripple effect and all the mid-sized clans end up closing due to lack of competition? Or will the reverse happen, and the mid-sized clans like PH, Downfall, and Solace end up getting a boost and essentially take the place of the top clans?
When a clan dies most of its members quit, but not all. Where will they go? Are there going to be new clans made, and instead of having 100+ members contained within 3-4 clans we than have 50-60 members in 10+ clans?

I personally beileve that all these top clans closing will create a more equal playing field, and ultimately "revive" the clan world. At least for a short time. When you look at it, what was always driving clans to raise requirements, or mass recruit, or go to such desperate measures as DDOSing? It was always competition.
That's the whole problem now, there is a lack of it. Top clans that have been sitting in their position for years are all older, most take the stance of letting members come to them. Than,in stark contrast, you see some mid-sized clans recruiting hard/forming alliances, mainly because they still care about the game or climbing up the ranks. There's still competition for them.
I guess it ultimately comes to a point, when you've achieved everything there is to achieve, what's the point of playing anymore? Corr/EOS/Brutality all experienced great sucess at one point, and maybe they weren't driven to reach that plateau anymore. But clans like BK, Downfall, PH, Envy are still driven. This may just be a big assumption though.
What do you beileve will happen next if more top clans close?
Can the clan world be "revived"- i.e. more competition, more fights everyday?
