Either playing Runescape has taught you something about life or it hasn't. I'm sure we've all learned something from RuneScape and clanning in general and applied it somewhere in the real world. Hell ring mould's helped me learn about how they make gold jewelry but many years ago. That's not why I made this topic ..but out of all of RuneScape I learned a couple of things. How to guarantee a rank, how to convince people to like you, how to lead fall ins/wars, how to recruit, the reasoning of rules and 'codes,' structure, how to pk, the list goes on.
I may not apply everything to real life but the reality of things:
Making a clan is like starting a business
Recruiting is like marketing
How to get ranked is knowing how to get promoted. - there are naturals and they most likely will be naturals in the real world.
Leading fall/ins and wars is like leading a bunch of followers,
Rules and codes (honor) is like laws and regulations
Noobs are like 3 yr old babys crossing the street
You get the point.
Well, its simple. Folks, this is not the end. Its the beginning. Go live your lives, your far better off. I praise all those who have earned their ranks in their clans. That is why your a supervisor, a manager, ...you run your own business.
To those who are addicted, there will come a day when you can't bear to stay logged on for longer than 15 seconds. But until you realize, your missing out on something called life. At your age, your really missing out. Time spent is time spent wasted.
