The importance of in game recruiting and open cc's

experienced clanners know how important it is for the clan community to involve players at an early "cmb". where we used to have open cc's or low threshold clans like cd and ph it seems only DK is left. however, many are against the concept of in game recruiting and give clans a hard time about it. Derek actually responded to this accusation.
