These clan leaders were present at the Jagex meeting:
The meeting began with Mod Mat K watching the 16 minute PVP clan video we made specially for Jagex.

After he watched the movie, Mod Mat K said Jagex knew of all these matters already and didn't need convincing.
He said they were already planning updates this year that would address the issues we raised.
I can confirm one of them is a re-balance of combat:

That is as much info as we could suqeeze out of him regarding the update.
We tried but he wouldn't give us anything except what's in the screenshot above.
Clearly it was not enough to go off, so we continued to urge him to share the movie with Jagex.
We were NOT convinved that Jagex knew what was happening at all.
He said he would show it to Timbo and the appropriate people.

Another thing we got from the meeting is that the decision to make clan updates lies with Timbo, RS's lead designer, and the stakeholders.
Timbo is already on our side regarding the wilderness, so we need to convince Mod Mark and the stakeholders.
We can leave Mod Mark to Timbo and Mat K to talk to... but we can influence the stakeholders.
If we can turn the public to our side and see that the wilderness needs the revitalisation we proposed in the Jagex movie, we can sway the stakeholders to our cause.
Therefore, the best course of action is to promote the video as best we can so that it seeps into the public sentiment.
This will be a long term ambition of course, but I am already asking various videomakers and celebrities to draw attention to it.
If anyone knows W13, perhaps you could ask him to put our movie on the Zybez main page.
That's pretty much all there is too it.
I have a lot to think about.
My small part in the changes seems to be done now, so I need to find a new way to contribute.

I have mixed feelings.
From how I interpret this, he liked much of what he saw, but is still reluctant to add resources...
Then again, he didn't rule it out. I read it as him acknowledging the problem, but not the solution.
Do you agree?
