What is it going to take for more clans to do away with elitism and actually take the time to bring new people into clanning via junior clans/warring academy setups? There has been an upward trend of mainstream clans cancelling events due to only pulling 10-15. Meanwhile, NB is now capable of pulling 30s and will more than likely be pulling 40 in a month from now. Surely this ought to be a clear indication that in the current clanning climate, it's time for more clans to adopt a similar model to NB in order to grow. The exclusive veterans well is running dry. Why does the clan world persist in spiting itself? Taking the time to integrate and train up new people = bringing more people into the clan world. More people in the clan world = larger clans/more clans, more activity and eventually it would lead to different dynamics in the clan world.
