Clan wars or Wilderness?

I've been seeing a lot of pk clans (not cwa teams) calling out other pk teams in CWA. Is this a real thing? shouldn't CWA teams just stick to CWA and wild teams stick to wild?

I'm a fairly new leader of lobster clan which im sure all of you heard of. Asking so I know the right direction to lead my clan.
