Pre-War Hype

So when clans are about to go into a war, there's usually some form of hype.
Aim should be to get your members thinking "WE GOT THIS"
You want everyone to go in there knowing they're gonna win.
My question is, how does one's clan do this?

How does your clan get members into battle mode?

What's the prep for the war like:
- Music on TS/Vent/etc?
- Speeches?
- Spams?

Is it just mass up and dive straight in?
