Origins/powerhouses Of The Clan World

yes I am aware its my first post but no I am not new, I just finally stopped being lazy and made an account

I am building a guide on clanning, mainly focusing around the area's of the Origins and then the Heights of that particular type of clanning. and of course since this is a major part of the clan world I wanted to come straight to the source to find out what I needed to know. these are the things I am looking for;

• Top 5 100+ clans of all time
  
• Top 5 99- clans of all time
  
• Top 5 Teams of all time
  
• Origins and History of the Ladder
  
• Origins and History of the RSC itself

I am aware that their is no "set in stone" ranking system for this, but it is possible to get a general idea as I have already accomplished it with the RSB when I got the information I needed from them. so yeah really anything else you might want to add as well if you would be willing to do this at all.
