Now that we have tried the combat update and deem it not enough to save PKing, I've decided to go ahead with the appendix.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, in February, a video was released called The Wilderness: An Unauthorised Biography (or the Wilderness Bio for short)
It outlined the crisis facing PKers and PK clans, and generated a huge amount of support.

At the end, it says an appendix is forthcoming.
A topic was made that asked for all your suggestions, and you'll find that topic here.
I decided to hold off until the combat update to see if that would do anything for us.
Now that I've tested it, I believe it might help a bit, but nowhere near enough to save the clan world.
So over the last few days (with about 25 hours of work), Keanu and I have compiled the appendix.
You'll see why it took us so long when you open it.
As you'll see, it's all the ideas from the appendix topic as well as quotes from major Runescape figures and clanners.
Please look through it and pass on your thoughts.
No doubt, you may not agree with every suggestion, but remember that I had to include a wide variety because it has to represent the entire community.
I ommitted a few suggestions I knew they would shoot down straight away, and those that are no longer relevant due to the combat update.
This appendix doesn't go ahead if the community doesn't want Jagex to see it.

If there is opposition to a particular suggestion, it will be taken out.
So voice your opinion if you want something gone or would like to defend one idea.
It's also useful to know which your favourite suggestions are.
I realise the "Adjustments to Existing Content" title is botched. I can't fix that.
Some proof-reading would be appreciated too.
