Well now, PERSONALLY, I might be swayed towards suggesting Violent Resolution has the best leadership.
Of course many will agree with this, as VR's leadership has shown great ability and led them through countless crash wars. Pretty much destroying any clan that has ever went against them and keeping VR strong no matter how many clans have risen up and created alliances against them.
VR has arguably been the #1 clan for the past 3-4 years and I honestly can't see that changing, because the leadership is so steady and focused.
Please feel free to discuss other clans who may have an adequate leadership.
