Moved On?

We keep seeing all this doom and gloom about the clan world, but to what extent has the collapse of the clan world had on you as an individual? Obviously we all used to be active and big into this game at one point in our lives or we wouldn't be here.

So I was more wondering about what gaming interests are left in the clanners. We always see posts about 'play league' and things, but to what extent has Jagex actually lost their player base from a once thriving community?

The options below are rather simple but I'll expand them none the less:

1. I am active in my clan and runescape is my top priority game - self explanatory, you play runescape in your free time and actually enjoy so. You would rather play Runescape than another game (I.e Playstation, WoW, Nintendo) etc.

2. I am active in my clan and I prefer to play another game - Again pretty obvious, you would rather play on the playstation or on League than runescape - but when you have a clan even you always are there on Runescape.

3. I am active in my clan, but I do not play any game outside clan events - You simply log on for clan events, but you're not into other games and spend that time watching TV/being with friends/family

4.I am retired in my clan but I still play game - You retired and hold the rank in your clan, but you retired to increase your gaming time elsewhere. (If this even applies to anyone?)

5. I used to clan, but I still play Runescape as my main game - Once again, pretty obvious. You hate the clan scene but love the game.

6. I used to be in a clan and I now play another game - You quite RS all together for another game, but you come here to keep up with old friends.

7. Other - Can't think of many other permeation. I suppose you used to clan but now don't play any game? (Why are you here?!!?)

Just wondering at peoples reasons for leaving, or staying in the clan world. Obviously I expect the majority quit for other games (Jagex losing playerbase to a rival company). I also expect many who are older, no longer have time to play games or they have settled down with a family.

I don't remember a topic as direct as this in the near past, if it has actually come about - apologies!

And now back to studying for an exam in 5 hours...
