Today when I was looking through the /list on SwiftIRC I found many very active clans, many of whom would compete for top 15 spots on RSC that opt not to join this community...
Clans like #syndicate, #sovereign and I heard people talking about a clan "Execution"
So my question is what is it that are keeping this serious clans, with IRC, Teamspeak, Forums and very loyal members (Syndicate wants all its members at level 50 or above by this weekend on RS07), from RSC. What is that saying about RSC?
