Quite simple. Since the 07 servers have been implemented and names have returned it's fair to say the "clan world" is gaining some activity however to keep it sustainable new blood must venture into it. So, will the 07 servers simply be a brief revival or can it lead to new runescapers falling into the same trap we've all fallen into?
