After a 2 year hiatus and many people coming and going due to the numerous changes to runescape, we're reopening for 2007 Servers with most of our original leadership team.
We don't have any established requirements at this time primarily due to the fact that everyone has real life obligations and not all of us have the time to devote to RS that we once did. Within the next month or two, we will have established firm requirements and anyone that doesn't meet them will be grandfathered in and forced to train within a reasonable amount of time.
We're going to be PKing primarily at East and West Drags, MB, Portals, and a bit of Multi/luring.
We will be following most of DI's honor code, with strict rules against DDoSing, Hacking, Scamming, Ragging/One Iteming.
We look forward to fun, fair, and legitimate PKing/Run Ins and we hope to see you all in the wilderness soon.
