1 Year of Genesis

So 1 year ago to this day, Tika191, Michele Ac, Ritchie and I founded Genesis.
We aimed to build slowly, relying on a strong foundation and good quality to lead to future success. One year on I felt we've achieved what we set out to do and far exceeded it. We have solidified ourselves as a dominant mid-sized clan, proving on our day we can beat anybody. We dominated every small clan in our early stages - in both CWA and PVP. We also proved our quality against the bigger clans and dominant CWA teams in Matched Opts fights. As we built up we then went on to dominate the mid-sized clan scene and start competing with the big boys. We've been through a lot, including a 3 and a half month crash war which involved us fighting outnumbered 1:2 on average 4-6 times a week. We've been through mass-DDoSing, RAT'ing, hacking and crashing from just about everyone yet we still stand strong today, looking optimistically towards the OSRS F2P worlds.
It's been a pleasure to be apart of such a resilient & fun clan. It's a good feeling to know we can come through such tough times yet still be so positive and strong. I'd like to thank RSC clans for helping to push my members, for giving us fights and action and reasons to log in and continue playing and fighting. Everything that has been done to us and that has happened to us has only given us motivation to push on. There are many of you who wrote us off this time last year on our opening topic, I'm glad that we've been able to prove some of you wrong and I'm sure in the future we can continue to do this.
