As some of you may know, yesterday was April 1st, 2013, known colloquially as "April Fool's Day." To those that are unaware, this is an unofficial holiday in the United States, and indeed around the world, where friends try to play pranks on each other in an attempt to make them look like a fool. Well my friends, yesterday the CD Staff tried to prank you, but you are no fools. Well, most of you anyways. You see, the prank was that there was no prank. We were hoping that by posting such a large, unprecedented, and quite frankly sudden rules change on April Fool's Day many of you would question whether it was real or not. Some of you did, but most of you didn't; it seems like the removal of 3pp was far too important for majority of you to even question the existence of a prank. It is a good thing then that the 2007 Rules Reboot is as popular as it is because that was the official announcement. However, due to changing policy and the failure of this prank this will definitely be the last year we participate in April Fool's.
Definitely.
Definitely.
