I was thinking about ways to improve Jagex's idea of wilderness poles to better suit clanning & F2P pking and came up with a variance to their suggestion.
I feel this could be something that could make F2P world activity skyrocket. This is based on the EP system that was used in PvP/Bounty Hunter worlds a couple of years ago.

- Add one pole on F2P worlds at members gate or in the center of GDS or both.
- Make this the only pole(s) on the F2P world.
- Change this pole so that the longer you stand near it the more tokens you get, sort of like gaining EP.
- The tokens per hour doing this should be slightly (80% as fast) lower then running around tagging different posts on P2P worlds. For example, you should get more tokens every 5 minutes while standing near the pole with hourly xp rates adding to 40-70k if used on skills or ~400-500k if used on GP (remember, you could easily make 1mill an hour by 76k'ing).
- This is basically a version of EPing where it isn't possible to stand right beside/go into a safe area as soon as a pker is in sight. It gives F2P clans a reason to camp the wilderness outside of fights. It basically gives an incentive for the whole clan to go out and secure an area. It would be the clan version of rune mining.
- This also severaly limits the abuse on the system being suited to group pking in general making it almost impossible to go alone. This provides an incentive for random players outside of the clan world wanting to get free xp to join clans.
