Hey CD users,
The staff are looking to make a few changes to some clan fights forum's rules. We've been discussing making some changes for a while now and figured we'd bring them up to you as well to get some feedback to help out as one of the final steps. The main topics are broken
down to categories below where we would appreciate to hear your opinions on each of them.
As is follows:
Measure: Cluster fights addressed.
With the popularity of clusters in both main and pure clans alike we're looking at changing the rules for topic rights as it pertains to them. If your clan takes part in an acknowledged cluster then you will retain that posting right, regardless if another involved clan posts. Meaning that everyone involved is able to advertise their view of a cluster fight, no merges.
Is this of interest? doable?
Measure: Crash Topics addressed.
With how crashing is prevalent still, we're looking at changing the topic rights of crash topics. Under the change, if a crash topic is posted it can only be closed if one of the original clans posts a topic of their own in clan fights to contradict it. If no topic is posted arguing, then the crash topic will remain. Ultimately, this would do away with locking/deleting topics without another topic replacing as trade off.
Is it plausible?
or should we look towards allowing any fight topics to be posted as long as their is evidence a fight took place?
Measure: Open Suggestions.
If there is something that we should look into to help make Clan Fights fresh, please feel free to list it. We're want to try and make things a more positive environment. If there is something that is plausible that we can be doing we'll certainly investigate it.
This one is open for the taking, no limitations or main focuses, just for any other ideas that people may have for us.

Our ultimate goal is to keep CD an inviting place where clans and their members are comfortable with being a part of. Allowing flexibility for clans to be involved is important and so is making changes to try and appease the community as the game and atmosphere change. Once again, if there are any suggestions along the same lines as above please help us out.
Please keep in mind we will have the final say to the changes if we are to go forward with them or not.
Thank you for your time.
