Today as promised by OSRS Team the new wilderness update has come through and its mostly P2P but there are a few things according to this update that should effect F2P Worlds and they are as followed;
"A mysterious force has been felt around the Demonic Ruins which slowly recharges your prayer. This works in both members’ worlds and free to play style worlds."
"Untradeable items lost on death above level 20 wilderness are now destroyed and converted to a small amount of coins."(?)
"When you walk into the Wilderness an overlay will appear which will show how many times you have died in the Wilderness, how many kills you have made in the Wilderness and the ratio between them. There is also a board in Edgeville bank which will tell you the Kill Death Ratio of those around you, the board also allows you to toggle the KDR overlay on and off."
I am not sure if Untradables Items lost above level 20 Wilderness applies to F2P or not but for now it seems like this is what the update entails.
