Stop making new teams, there's about 5478457 teams. My grandma could make a blooming team, there's nothing hard about recruiting people if they don't have to leave their current clan or anything.
Fix the clan world and make CLANS. That means NO bloody multi clanning. Heck go to RSB and train up some new people.
