Its been a while since i have posted on RSC or done anything rs related in whole. I am retired but i try to keep myself updated by reading topics here and there, once in a while. One thing that keeps bothering me is how much tough times clanning is going through right now. I come online on IRC like 3-4 times a month hardly and it seems like every time i come online and auto-join all the channels i was in, i find out that 1-2 teams/clans i used to actively chat in is either closed or turned community. Its like every week i sweep a channel thats dead now because of closure.
I mean sure we had problems, i was there from the start. We lost everything but we didnt give up, that was the good part. We worked together to keep clanning alive and together we kept the community bright.
But now i hardly see anything going around, sure you can say i quited so who am i to complain, but to be real, whats going on?
I personally think what ever it is, we can overcome it. Most of you old school players probably remember, specially people from DF,TT,RSD,CORR,VR,GLADZ and WG. You guys were the one who recruited 80% of the clanners into the community like 8+ years ago and ever since then we never looked back. Just remember, your the only one who can save the community, rather then complaining, recruit friends to your clan, help the community, be more interactive.
