How Can We Stimulate Growth In The Clan World?

I just want to find opinion on stimulating growth within the clan world, and give an opinion or two i have on the matter.

Does anyone think it could be as big as it was in 2007? is something like that even possible? Maybe to stimulate growth within the clan world we can have clans working together to try and achieve that, meaning we don't have from the outset power house clans crashing smaller ones to kill them off, maybe wait a while before crash wars start kicking off. Give every clan a chance to start growing with members, competition like that is needed for the fun of the community as a whole.

I would like to see the clan world get to a healthy state again, with an influx of new players, there's 40 - 50k people playing the old school servers and i bet more than half aren't apart of the clan community, lets see what we could do collectively to bring people playing the old servers together under the clan community, we wont get everyone but lets try and get a good few.

Be it for skilling or for warring, i think if RSC as a whole works to stimulate growth within the RS07 to grow the clan community, then this game will be a lot more fun for everyone.
